I am Lois Charlton, Membership Secretary and Senior Saints Coordinator at Grace. I was born in a small farming
community in central Illinois. Because of my husband's career, I have lived in
North Carolina, Virginia, and Arkansas before moving to Jacksonville in 1988. I
have a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill. My husband Rick, the Director of a Transplant and Cellular
Immunology Laboratory, and I have two adult children, a daughter, an attorney,
married and living in Orlando, FL and a son, married and an ER resident at Palmetto
Richland Memorial Hospital, Columbia, SC. I enjoy crosstitching, working
crossword puzzles, going
to the beach and working out at the YMCA. I have been a member of Grace since 1993
and have served as membership secretary since March of 1998. I strive to look at my
position as a ministry, serving the Lord and the people at Grace in any way possible.
