Second grade is an exciting time of growth and discovery. Your child will learn new skills, make new friends and become a confident reader. There are new levels of independence and responsibilities your child will learn. In our classroom we will worship our God joyfully and have the opportunity to hear God’s Word and grow in faith and love.
Highlights of Second grade include author studies, reader’s theater, book reports, a dinosaur unit, and the introduction of cursive handwriting.
